Alumni and student awards
 

Sam Shelton and Kayla Lowe were each honored with the Public Service Student Award at the Outstanding Public Service celebration on October 22. Check out other award recipients here

Faculty highlights
 

The International Journal of Event and Festival Management published a long-term study of event volunteers by Dr. Julie Olberding using data from the Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon Weekend in 2012 and 2022. Read more about it here

Jeniece Jones (MPA 1996, JD 2002) has been named the new CEO of Caracole, which is "Greater Cincinnati’s nonprofit devoted to positively changing lives in the fight against HIV/AIDS." Read about what other alumni are doing in communities here.
