What's New in the MPA Program
Julie Muehlenkamp
We are so excited to welcome Julie Muehlenkamp as our new MPA Graduate Assistant! For the upcoming semester, Julie's focus will be recruiting new students, working on special projects, managing the Public Administrators Student Society (PASS), maintaining the MPA student blog and much more.

Thank you to the Greater Cincinnati Foundation, United Way of Greater Cincinnati and the Scripps Howard Foundation for leading our community conversations about grantmaking in our region. Two of these sessions were led by NKU alumnae Casey Ruschman ('04), Amy Weber ('13) and Jena Bradley ('13).
Alumni and Student Awards
Stacie Strotman. White-Riley-Peterson Afterschool Policy Fellowship.
Stacie Strotman (MPA '15) was one of 19 people selected nationwide for the White-Riley-Peterson Afterschool Policy Fellowship at The Riley Institute at Furman University. She also currently serves as Chair of the Leadership NKY Class of '22, helping local leaders collaboratively improve the region.
Faculty Highlights
Nicole Dillard
Congratulations to Dr. Nicole Dillard for being chosen as the recipient of the  Outstanding Junior Faculty Award in the NKU College of Arts and Sciences! The award was officially announced and presented at the college convocation in August 2021.
Alumni Highlights
Day of the Girl 2021
Jenny Brady (MPA '12) recently organized the 10th Annual Day of the Girl Cincinnati. Jenny founded the event to increase awareness of inequality faced by girls worldwide, better girls' lives, and provide them an opportunity to show leadership and reach their full potential.
Student Highlights
Haley Jacobs
Congratulations to Haley Jacobs for securing a graduate assistant position in Housing! Haley will assist with opening and closing processes, facilitating community development, coordinating staff programming efforts, serving as a referral agent for students, and supervising RA staff.
